Creative Director /
Designer / Photographer

Creative direction grounded in hands-on craft. I bring brands and stories to life through digital design, integrated campaigns, photography, and motion.

From The Washington Post and the Entertainment Software Association to my current work at The Turnkey Agency, I combine a broad visual practice with collaboration, resourcefulness, and care for the details.

01 / The Washington Post

Digital storytelling & branded content

As a Digital Branded Content Designer, I created page designs and advertising campaigns for client partners, working with internal and external collaborators. Animation, dynamic text, infographics, and visual design helped shape the stories.

The Ally Bank project pairs desktop and mobile executions, bringing branded storytelling across screen sizes. Other selected Post work includes the Democracy Dies in Darkness poster and animated digital creative.

02 / Entertainment Software Association

Integrated brand work across platforms

As Creative Services Manager, I designed integrated marketing and communications materials across digital, print, and social media, collaborating throughout the association.

Event invitations, industry reports, advertising, headshots, and animation show the breadth of the work: communicating the video game industry’s story in different formats for different occasions.

03 / The Turnkey Agency · Xtreme Acro

One creative vision.
From photography to digital.

I led Xtreme Acro’s brand evolution and website redesign, carrying the work from creative direction through hands-on design, photography, and the Squarespace build.

The redesign retains the recognizable logo and expands its blue palette into a visual language of deep navy, electric blue, bold typography, and energetic graphic treatments. Athlete photography brings the people and practice behind the brand into the experience.

Xtreme Acro — explore the redesign

The earlier homepage introduced the gym through compact navigation buttons, a social media strip, a welcome message, and news. The new direction gives the brand a more expressive introduction, led by “Defying Gravity, Defining Grace,” with a consistent graphic treatment across the site.

Creative direction through execution

I developed the website design and graphics and photographed the athletes. Working across these disciplines let me connect the visual direction with the content and the finished build.

The redesign is in development; these images document the design work, with no post-launch performance claims.

At The Turnkey Agency, my broader work spans nonprofit organizations, content creators, and businesses: campaigns, proposals, political campaign creative, and photography. I manage a small group of contractors and bring hands-on craft and AI-assisted design tools to projects with tight budgets.

04 / Photography & Motion

A wider visual vocabulary

Professional photography is an integral part of my practice, spanning portraits, headshots, marketing events, weddings, and other social engagements. My photographic work sits alongside animation and digital design in the portfolio.

I also work with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, bringing experience across still and moving images.

Independent Products / The Crit

Creative feedback,
built into an app.

I created The Crit, an AI-powered visual critique app for artists, designers, photographers, and other creators. It turns submitted photos, artwork, designs, and videos into structured feedback and practical suggestions for the next revision.

The experience brings together assessments of craft and audience impact, different critique voices, and saved feedback. It extends my visual practice into a product that helps people examine and refine their own work.
